According to an article on "Live and Let's Fly," United Airlines has announced new destinations and routes for 2025. While Tokyo Narita may not officially regain its “hub” status, United is enhancing its planned service from Narita to Cebu, Philippines, by adding three more destinations from NRT.
Starting May 1, 2025, United will offer seasonal service from Tokyo to Ulaanbaatar (UBN), Mongolia. The airline recognizes the tourist potential; nearly half a million people visited Mongolia in 2024, marking a 25% increase compared to 2023.
