A Decade of Dedication — A Journey Well Deserved

Ten years have passed — ten busy, unforgettable summers. 

From May to mid-October, the busiest people in our company are our beloved operations & sales managers, tour leaders, guides, and drivers. Their phones ring constantly throughout the day. They are always calling someone or receiving calls about their trips: a traveler’s flight has been rescheduled to early morning, traffic requires a change of route, a guest needs assistance, or unexpected situations arise. Every day brings something new.

While most Mongolians spend their short but precious summer with their children, travel to their hometowns, or enjoy domestic holidays, our staff spend their summers at their busiest — dedicating their time and energy to ensuring our travelers experience Mongolia at its very best.

When winter arrives, life slows down. They finally have more time for their families — taking their children to school, being present at home, and enjoying the quieter season.

But this time is different.

This year, it is their turn.

To celebrate a decade together, Premium Travel Mongolia has rewarded our dedicated team members with a one-week seaside holiday in a tropical destination. After spending early spring in Mongolia — where temperatures still linger around -20°C — they are now enjoying +27°C warmth, sunshine, and ocean breezes. From freezing cold to tropical heat, they are traveling happily, forgetting the winter chill.

Without their tireless dedication, we could never send our travelers home satisfied and filled with beautiful memories of Mongolia. This journey is the fruit of their hard work — well-earned and well-deserved.
